Bat Grotto is where thousands of wild bats gather together, hanging crowdedly on the grotto walls and tree roots to sleep during daytime. During nightfall they leave the grotto in flocks noisily in search of food everywhere. Bats only live where there is favorable natural environment; therefore wherever bats appear will prove that the ecological environment there is clean and perfect.

Bats bring significant benefits to local people. Bat’s guano is often sold to farmers for use as organic fertilizers which are good for such fruit-trees as oranges, mandarins, durians, mangosteens, longans and other short-term farm produce. Fruit trees grown with bat’s dung, will grow well, yield high productivity, and give their ripen fruits good colors and wonderful tastes as compared to those grown with inorganic fertilizers.
